Water Repellent
Without being protected all new and existing masonry chimneys are susceptible to water damage, even if repaired. Because chimneys project above the roof line, they are vulnerable to the elements. It reduces water penetration into the masonry by 99.9% according to ASTM tests conducted at the University of Wyoming. It is also 100% vapor permeable, which means it won't trap water vapors.

Crown Guard allows you to repair a crown even if the crown is wet, or temperatures are zero. A unique crown sealer that permanently bonds to crowns regardless of the weather. Unlike other crown sealer, you do not have to wait for dry weather or warmer temperatures.
